Returns, Refunds & Cancellations – Indomade

1. Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a wrong or missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@indomade.com or +91 93193 10678 with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund.

2. Other returns
As our products are food items, we accept returns only for unopened products with the seal intact, in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, the refund is processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong or missing items).

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
